Other than I am "This Man".

I think it's possible that "This Man" is my husband and I am his wife.

It could be that the picture is of Christ - His Father also being my Father, and having no real "brothers and sisters' His Father is also my (heavenly) Father...

Along with
"My Father's Son."
Means himself. So now it reads:
"Brother's and Sister's have I none, This man's father is me."

It's the person's son.
